In a sector first, Lloyds Banking Group has introduced the innovative and unique Signly technology, providing the opportunity to improve financial capability and ensure that their customers receive and understand the information they need. Using the Signly app, deaf or hearing-impaired customers can scan Signly-
enabled written materials on their mobile device. This provides translations into BSL through augmented reality, with someone signing the content on a customer’s smartphone.
