Terry is a Project Manager at Coventry University Online. An experienced consultant with a breadth of skills in managing technology implementations, as well as education and public sector transformation projects. Terry is Hard of Hearing.

Kirsty has a Doctorate in the study of the linguistics of sign languages and how computers - particularly virtual reality - can be used to generate signing avatars. Formally Deafax’s Director of Operations, Kirsty is now Deafax’s Treasurer advising on the day-to-day financial management as well as sitting on the Board of Trustees.

Now retired, Martin was formally Senior Designer at Prudential Assurance. He is profoundly Deaf BSL user with lived experience of deafness and deaf family members. He is actively involved in deaf-related activities & a range of social and charitable enterprises.

Simone is deaf with one cochlear implant and one hearing aid. She is currently working as an Advisory Teacher of the Deaf within Barnet. She is widely travelled with international placements supporting deaf children, most recently based in Rwanda.

Phil is a qualified Life Coach improving adult & young people’s futures and developing their aspirations & plans. He is hearing.

Veronica is an Educational Audiologist and Teacher of the Deaf. Currently she is a Senior Peripatetic Teacher of the Deaf managing a caseload of children (0-19 years) for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Veronica is a cochlear implantee.

Hearing Teacher of Special Educational needs with a range of other related responsibilities and interests. Keen Hockey player.
