"I started working at Deafax in 2005 and have enjoyed every minute. There are always new challenges and projects and we are achieving more targets and supporting more people than ever. My role means I get to be involved in all areas of Deafax's work and get to see ideas go through the development process. I also get the opportunity to tell others about our work. The Deafax team is fun, dynamic and exciting to work with, the different ethnic mix and deaf-hearing partnerships mean that we have an access for all approach which I really believe in and value".
