"I have worked at Deafax for the past 9 years in various roles. Managing the Deaf Youth team is my biggest and the most rewarding challenge of all.  It an absolute joy to learn from the schools from all over England, where we have delivered 'Personal Development workshops', how much the students have benefited from our 'deaf friendly' training approach as they have enjoyed themselves and learnt at the same time. I am always learning something new everyday, so life at Deafax is never dull!"
